Stories about alpine ghosts and demons set the collection’s mood. The unisex collection consists of flowing as fixed materials as well as draped and constructed shapes. The generous volume allows the wearer leeway and are supplemented by intriguing details, inspired by folkloristic elements. Through the application of belts and bands the garments can be readjusted and tied closer or further away from the body. The parts can be combined freely, leaving the silhouette convertible. Spiert is branded by high contrasts of colour as well as material compositions, consisting of combinations of technical materials and natural fabrics. The use of material from the outdoor sphere, like water repellant soft-shell fabrics, ripstop tent-fabrics or parachute-silk emphasizes an air of sportsmanship. This smooth and technical asthetique is then broken by knits, patterns and heavy woolen fabrics.
